I used to love coming here, but my most recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. For over two weeks, I have called, emailed, and texted trying to get my prior authorization completed, with no resolution. My prescription has now been unavailable to me for over two weeks due to this delay. It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone, and while I am often directed to text, those messages frequently go unanswered.
