I used to really love this office, but my experience here today was horrible, humiliating and offensive. The receptionist loudly told me I had bad insurance and proceeded to call to check and see if my insurance was good and how much I should pay upfront before she would take my paperwork. She did all this with the window open so everyone could hear the situation and all my personal information. I have never in my 45 years on this earth been received like this. I gave 2 stars because I used to like coming here.
I never have to wait long in the waiting room. Staff is attentive. Love that they have Saturday hours. Only challenge is that their phone is not answered at times.
Very pleasant folks, easy to understand and friendly. I needed a new primary care doctor and the respect with which I was treated will have me going back. They seem genuinely concerned and are very quick to find answers to any questions I've had. I appreciate their vim!
Dr Rose Romulus is the best doctor she's very caring and helps prescribing the medication I need for my mental illness she's been my doctor for five years she's very professional and beautiful person i dont know what I would do without her she's AWESOME I recommend her for anyone with mental illness she will take care ofbyo
