very professional
Customer service is horrible. Every day for the past two weeks I’ve been calling early in the morning. The doctor never get my message or if she do they say she left already or early so she had no time to call me . I can’t never get a phone call back the ladies at the front desk dont know how to communicate correctly they keep calling about an appointment I cancelled 2 weeks ago . They tell you they call you back and you’re never receive a call.
I started seeing her in October. I was pleasantly surprised with the Dr. My first visit was long but needed. She really inquired about my health. I felt she really wanted to know all of my medical history. I never felt rushed when i visit Dr. Romulus. She makes me feel like i am important to her an that she cares. If u are looking for a GREAT primary care Dr. give her a try. You will not be disappointed.

First visit was good, very clean, caring and nice facility. The staff was amazing as well
