Great staff
First visit was good, very clean, caring and nice facility. The staff was amazing as well
I used to really love this office, but my experience here today was horrible, humiliating and offensive. The receptionist loudly told me I had bad insurance and proceeded to call to check and see if my insurance was good and how much I should pay upfront before she would take my paperwork. She did all this with the window open so everyone could hear the situation and all my personal information. I have never in my 45 years on this earth been received like this. I gave 2 stars because I used to like coming here.
I never have to wait long in the waiting room. Staff is attentive. Love that they have Saturday hours. Only challenge is that their phone is not answered at times.
