What is the point of the waiting list? I applied back in April and every time I call to see where I’m at on the list, the rude lady that answers says if you don’t work or live in the city of Romulus then you’re not a priority and can’t give any information about where you’re at on the list….

I am extremely dissatisfied! My house is literally falling apart due to the neighbor having issues with her toilet cause a water leak in mine been leaking since 9 something this morning. Maintenance came out 3 times and didn’t fix the problem. Told me at 7:02 tonight the plumbing ppl were coming nobody showed it is currently 9:34 and my ceiling is still leaking ! Washer dryer appliances I purchased with my hard earned money ruined and still no HELP. Every time my neighbor or me flushed the toilet the water leaks

I had the pure pleasure of being taking care of by Erica Mason, who was very professional yet charming. To the point in what was needed yet helpful in obtaining said information. Extremely polite and pleasant. It made the extended wait more comfortable and less irritating for me. Erica is very good at her job!
