I was trying to understand better and lady started being RUDE. You are in that office to serve THE PEOPLE, so please have some respect for those who call you no matter how their accent sounds like.

Nothing gets fixed properly only good enough to pass and there is only 1 maintenance guy for all apartments some people eyes are better than others so please save all rent receipts or else you'll have a back pay balance so please Stay far away💯💯
