I called last minute for a bouquet.She told me the head up.I walked in.They made the bouquet for me.That was beautiful in and out with in fifteen minutes. Highly recommend!!
My Valentine order was never delivered but got a notification & picture of my address saying it was delivered. When I called to see what happened, I was told the driver dropped my order on the ground and destroyed the package… It went from being allegedly delivered to oh no it was dropped…. Smh. Definitely won’t ever use this company again, very misleading and messed up my surprise. Way to go.
I usually order from Romulus EXCLUSIVELY!!! However!!! Attempted to order this morning for my Mother in the hospital!!! Extremely RUDE STAFF!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Teleflora has “Enchanted hearts Bouquet” listed for 59.00 (Deluxe) . I asked about “getting this one “that was listed “for 69.00, that’s what I thought it was” , she said” “ohhh, No, not EVEN close! “. So I then asked if I could get something similar? .
