So he a nice man..but yes, you wait about 2 hrs to see him. I am not a sickly person so I only saw him every 6 months. I cannot speak to his care of sick patients. His office staff in Orland Park however is a HOT MESS. Most of the people are nice enough. They are either incompetent or most likely do not have enough help. To try and get hold of someone on the phone is insane. They screw up what insurance you have, where to send your medication, when the doctor is in the office or a phone consult is acceptable. As a medical professional myself and a patient of his for eight years, I am truly disappointed with Dr. Warakomski. He told me twice, verbally, that he was going to do something and he never did. Furthermore, him and his assistant avoided me and did not respond to the many messages I left for him. I had to set an appointment to ask a question. To throw salt on injury, after those visits he billed my insurance for ICD codes that he didn’t even address/evaluate during the visit, which constitutes as insurance fraud. Again, aft... read more

Waiting here for 1.5 hrs after they sent me to the wrong place yesterday. Absolutely incompetent from the top down.
He doesn't deserve any stars. Too disgusted with his care for my mom.
