A gentleman, Mr. Romo Jr., came to my home on Wednesday last week and gave me an estimate on the work I wanted to accomplish. I accepted his quote. He and another fellow arrived on Friday August 1st. They completely understood the task on hand. They began the work quickly and did a very professional job.It was exactly the way I wanted. Thank-you gentlemen. I’m very pleased with the urgency and quality of service provided by Romo’s Plumbing. “J” and “D” did a phenomenal job. As someone who works from home, I truly appreciated their professionalism, respect for my space, and clear communication. We called Romo’s Monday morning, July 7, with clogged kitchen sink; Ed and Joey came a few hours later and did a thorough assessment, found the vent problem, fixed it, and were done with a very fair charge. Won’t hesitate to call Romo’s again if any other need develops.
