Yesterday, I had a great experience with Romo plumbing. My bidet toilet was slightly leaking at the bottom & the seal was moist & not drying correctly. I contacted Romo plumbing via yelp & received a reply same day. Vanessa & Robert were awesome in helping me schedule an appointment. The day of I received a curtesy call that Oscar the Technician was on his way. Oscar was awesome too, he was professional/detailed, explained the issue, how to fix it & the pricing 👍🏽😃. Timely service
This plumbing company has looked after us and our household for several years. The service and professionalism has always been excellent. They are quick, efficient, highly knowledgeable about some very recent appliances and very respectful of our floors and wall when working. I highly recommend Romo Plumbing above other plumbers we have used.
This is the second time that I have used Romo Plumbing. both experiences have been fantastic. Oscar and Kevin are professional and knowledgeable. Great communication, no surprises and took the time to explain things to me. They are also just really nice and good people.I will definitely use Romo Plumbing again!
