Any 5 star review on here is probably their friend or family member as this has to be the worst med transportation company. All the 1 star reviews are 100% accurate as I have experienced all the same in the 2 weeks I have been getting rides from them. The owner is a liar, they show up late consistently making us late to appointments. Communication is the worst, cars are super rundown, driver today smelled of weed and the whole car smelled like weed. This company always works hard to accommodate the needs of their costumers. I have been using them for medical transportation a lot recently because of personal issues, and I’m so glad I found Rommi Transportation because they’ve made my life much easier. The drivers are very kind and helpful, and they always treat their customers with utmost respect. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!...an hour LATE for pickup to cancer clinic....Then waited OVER 4 hrs for return with numerous calls to this company as well as to MTM, who subcontracted with this lame service, as well as to the driver!..NEVER AGAIN...I had to call a private transport company. to then finally get home....was wheelchair bound with no bathroom, food, or meds!! This is one of the best medical transpprtatiom compamy in Dallas. Their drivers are very respectful and kind. My family and I have using their services for more than 4years.

This company causes wrecks on highways by not paying attention, playing on phone, and does not have insurance. If the poor driving isn't bad enough, I'd always stay away from any transportation company who isn't insured.
