This company causes wrecks on highways by not paying attention, playing on phone, and does not have insurance. If the poor driving isn't bad enough, I'd always stay away from any transportation company who isn't insured.
Don't EVER use Rommi Transport. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable transportation. The driver lies when he's late picking you up. My wife waited over 3 hours being told multiple times that the driver was only 30 minutes away. She was left alone in a dark place after hours waiting for More than 3 hours for her driver.
I have had several drivers from this company & the majority have had the worst communication & service, or worst of all NO SHOWS without any communication. I have had to call WMR or dispatcher to contact drivers. I have had ONE excellent driver who has outstanding communication skills. She is usually overwhelmed with rides/patients, but she is honest & communicates with her patients/riders. I understand traffic & circumstances can get difficult, but communication is key. The transmission is going out in the van used to transport my medically fragile Kiddo. Driver talked on the phone. And they lied and said they were at my house when my ring says no one was there. Very unprofessional.
I watched a driver today come in to the valet line at UTSW at a much too high rate of speed for that location. She hit a dividing (Plastic) pole and completely ran it over. There were numerous patients standing in that area and she showed NO regard for their safety. She just got out and said “oops sorry”. Completely unprofessional. She should be fired!
