I tried using Rommel's to cater an event, but was treated very unprofessionally. He was 45 minutes late to our meeting and I was not given an opportunity to taste any food prior to my event. There were also many other issues. You would think that I would be somewhat of a priority when I'm spending almost $4000 with them (And payment was due in full prior to the event and a large amount of it HAD to be in cash).
