I had to get my first 1k service done. Bunk came to pick my girl up. He was such a nice dude. He was knowledgeable about my bike and he was careful when securing it in the trailer. The team at Rommel Harley Davidson of Smyrna are always kind and on point.
Every time I come to this location I have a great experience! Eric the sales manager went above and beyond to get me on my brand new road glide! Made the process easy and seamless ! I came back to get some maintenance done and some parts added and Jadyn made the experience super comfortable and easy! I will always go back and deal with with them as they make me feel welcome and part of the family
HORRIBLE post bike purchase customer service from this dealership. Purchasing was great thanks to the sales team and to Albert “Chops” Clark in service texting me to say hey man we have the color and model you’re interested in. Let me just start by saying, Jadyn is Wonder Woman, I have a 2025 street glide cvo and over the winter even with a battery tender my battery died, she got me scheduled in just a couple days and when I went to bring it in the day of the appointment it again wouldn’t start and I went there to set up a pick up for service and she got it done right away.
