Every time I come to this location I have a great experience! Eric the sales manager went above and beyond to get me on my brand new road glide! Made the process easy and seamless ! I came back to get some maintenance done and some parts added and Jadyn made the experience super comfortable and easy! I will always go back and deal with with them as they make me feel welcome and part of the family

This week I traded my sweet little 2020 883 For a 2025 Road Glide 3, both from Rommel Smyrna. We have consistently had great service all around from this dealership. I recently bought my 2nd Harley Davidson 1200 custom here. Eric the manager and Jason my sales rep were fabulous. A plus is she has Vance and Hones pipes and they sound sick! I am overjoyed with her. Also thank you for going the extra mile.
HORRIBLE post bike purchase customer service from this dealership. Purchasing was great thanks to the sales team and to Albert “Chops” Clark in service texting me to say hey man we have the color and model you’re interested in. Otherwise I’d never contact this dealership because that bike was not on the website. Good looking out Chops. I bought the bike at the end of September. Awesome sale process.
