great people, better service!
I’m a traveler from New York. I was having an issue with my bike, it was spraying oil from the air breather. I called up the service department and Cole took me right in. I’d also like to acknowledge Daisy who was very helpful. I had an appointment for 4:30 pm. The forecast for the day called for rain in the afternoon. I called and asked if I could bring it earlier. Nice and friendly staff.
Not a good experience. It was the same at both locations. They seem to struggle with keeping staff at the Salisbury location. It’s gotten worse the last few months. I always feel ignored when I walk in the door. Inventory was very low.
