Everyone so friendly and they always do a beautiful job! Angela did my gel builder nail.
Service was deplorable!!!!! My hands were sprayed with alcohol and no water was used for the manicure. Dryer for gel polish was plugged in and placed over water filled pedicure tub with my toes gripped inside holding it steady. When mentioned to “tech” she was upset and talked about me and others in Spanish. Stay away!!!!!!!!! The one star was needed to post
I was attended to by Maria! I was on a short work trip and found Romies while out walking around. I got shellac Mani & Pedi. I was treated so kindly and I was very happy with the results.
I always got the gel polish because that’s all they could do. I witnessed about 3 black women get loudly and falsely accused of attempting to walk out without paying. Then once the owner realize she was wrong she said sorry. Then it happens to me. The nail tech charged me while I was sitting drying my nails and as I walked out the owner yelled “hey you didn’t pay” very loud. The nail tech told her in Spanish I paid and ah said sorry. I never saw them do that to the white or hispanic customers.
