I don’t give Romich Massage and Spa 0 star because it doesn’t allowed me to do it. They ruined the Christmas gift that I made to my wife, mother in law and sister in law. Apparently this company like to do promo of their business on Groupon but they don’t like to deal with new customer from this platform, they treat you like you’re a “cheap” customer that can’t paid their regular prices and automatically ask you to claim your refund from Groupon without giving you the option of rescheduling your appointment which is big “ we... read more
Don't invest your money here. The customer service is horrible when you call. They treat you with contempt. When we scheduled an appointment, since we bought a Groupon for three people, they canceled the service in less than 24 hours and sent us a message stating that Eliana Calderón was unavailable to provide these services. If you don't like serving people who buy Groupons, don't join that program.
After waiting for a wonderful massage experience. The day before my massage’s appointment Miss Eliana Calderon cancelled my appointment ( claiming that she can’t provide the massages) also two other people that we scheduled together. “Advising” us to asking Groupon for a refund. I feel so disappointed. It is a shame to feel discriminated because it was a Groupon customer. Next time if you don’t going to be able to provide your services for a Groupon customer don’t promote in the app.
