I called a dozen companies trying to get my grandmother's a/c fixed. I live in the midwest, 2000 miles away. Trying to yelp, google, and home advisor companies from 4 states away is no easy task. Romi, inc. came through for us. He called back promptly. Showed up when he said he would, and brought parts with him. This is a GOOD HONEST COMPANY. His price was fair and they really did right by us. What can I say? 11 other companies gave excuses, song and dance, didn't return my call or mostly, were just plain greedy by trying to... read more

Romi was recommended by our AC company (Goodman/Amana). He came out, did a quick troubleshoot and determined our AC needed to be recharged. He recharged it with the wrong refrigerant and now my entire system took a dump! He washed his hands of his work by telling us to have someone else come out and flush the system and put in the the correct freon. He did pay for the other techs work but did it so he wouldn't be liable for his original screw up. Apparently the law is , once someone else lays hands on a system after it was w... read more
