They have been taking care of my pool since we bought our house last summer . They have done some lighting repairs on the pool as well. I went from having my hands full with a home remodel and a pool to take care of and they have removed that responsibility off my shoulders and done an awesome job keeping the pool clean and chemicaly treated . His communication level is not good . My biggest complaint about the service . Cannot be gotten ahold of on the phone most of the time . It has gotten so bad I had to hire someone new ... read more
I hate having to write this review. I am a long time customer. Service used to be spot on but communication has always been lacking. I have texted and called with no response to either. I just had to hire a new company for service because I haven't been serviced for 17 days when I pay for weekly service.
They received my message and responded immediately! Next day for the service I needed, which was an acid wash. They have great customer service and are just as good at what they do! They will stay on my speed dial and I have never been happier with my pool than I am now! Did I mention super affordable? I can say this because I have shopped around and been taken advantage of more than once. Thank you guys! I am so happy!
I’ve called many times and have never talked to a person. It isn’t that big of a deal bc you can text the number listed. I got a response fairly quickly when I text and scheduled a day to have my pool filter cleaned. The day arrived and they never showed up. I texted, called, and left a couple messages throughout the day and never got a response. I called back the next day and left a message then as well.
