Unfortunately, this was my first and last experience with this organization, or at least with Willie who was our driver. Romeros was hired by our 55+ community to take us on a field trip. Only when he had to get out to load a walker did he assist the rest of the passengers with boarding. He did not check on his loaded bus for passenger comfort (a/c) and a very loud radio. Estelle is the most professional, sweet, kind, and always happy business owner. I held a baby shower for an acquaintance and to make her day special we had Romeros Transportation drive the Mom to be and her crew to the baby shower. They went the extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The limo is such a clean vehicle and has all the extras in it to make your event perfect.
