I had an appointment at this clinic over a year ago, just a regular check up and a flu shot. A couple months later, I got a letter saying that my insurance declined to pay. Come to find out, they submitted the wrong information to my insurance company. I immediately called them and asked them to resubmit the claim with the correct information. They told me they would. Dr. Romero took the time to go through all my son's case and was very thorough with him. She made two referrals for us. Four days later I received a call back to update me on one of the referrals. Although he is not with her, I have been impressed with Melvin when my family saw him in the past at another business. And now I am equally impressed with Angela. Both wanting to ensure everything is covered.
