been in hospital an now in nursing home for 2 yrs going to assisted living will need pcp i was a patient of the drs for years before going to hospital now i'm able to go back i have the wrong medicad

Doctor Romero I beg you to call Neil brooks your staff have failed for five months to get the proper paper work to mobility for elaynas wheelchair they will not let me speak to you and keep sending me to voice mails they laugh at me and have done nothing to resolve this elayna is pyralized as you know and here chair is her legs if you have any decency please call us and fix this the people at mobility cannot do any more and your staff at every level have failed us please help

Been 3 weeks since I had my labs done office refuses to mail results to me at my secure P.O. Box, claims it violates HIPPA laws . I can't see coming back in so they can bill my insurance for more money just to get normal lab report. Office never returns a call. Left multiple messages no response. The way I see it a Physician is only as good as their support staff and in my opinion they need to fire the group they have now and rehire better. I will no longer be a patient here as a result.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! DO NOT under any circumstance let a loved one use this office as their primary care.

I have been with doctor Romero 15 years and have to say he has been the best doctor for not only me but my wife and child. He has put my families health in good hands and does what it takes to control heath issues.If he can not resolve the problem he refers you to a doctor who can.Granted time waiting for him is sometimes longer than expected but that makes a doctor wanted.

I was a patient of his for over 6 years. For the first couple of years it was a pleasant experience. Since he has built his Taj Mahal medical center, all that has changed including himself. He has gotten tooo important for his patients. If you are able to see him other than a nurse practitioner you were not expecting, you might get a few minutes at best and if he leaves the patient room you were to see him, you won't see him again. All of the other testimonials herein are DEAD ON!!! Too bad!

This doctors Office is extremely unprofessional .... The wait times are horrible and if u need to go pack a lunch !! He used to be about his patients but now is all about which ever insurance company is taking care of him and saving them money at any cost of his patient . He smiles in your face and stabs you in the back all while keeping that smile !! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !! And the administrator is very unethical as well so don't look to him for help !!

Dr. Romero violates the Medicare Patient Bill Of Rights. Denying specialty care when the patient is it. Why? Because the insurance companies offer a REWARD to doctors for keeping cost down. This is done knowing that he is risking the patient's health. The progress notes are altered in order to cover the misconduct. Ask for the progress notes if discrepancies. Don't be afraid. report them to the Florida Dept Of Health. One dead, 1 hospitalized, 1 waiting on ivestigation. .

I would NEVER recommend this office. I was a patient for approx 2 yrs,called as my mom went into Hospice w/ 1week to live.I was last seen 11/16/15-5 mths ago. I req anxiety med to help sit next to her bedside & be calm & supportive.had to deal w/ support staff who had no compassion, no grace & kept misunderstanding what I was asking_kept telling me since I had not been seen in 5 mths I had to come into the office for an appt & wouldn't let me talk to dr~couldnt step out of the box_distressing
