Loved my experience at the office. The staff was very nice and the office was very clean. Dr Romero answered all of my questions. She was very comforting during my IUD procedure. I highly recommend her.
I had a great experience. I received the kindness, respect, and professionalism that anybody deserves.
I went to her in my search for a new OBGYN, the experience was horrible! Her bedside manner was cold and she was completely uninterested in any of the problems I was having. I had an ultrasound reading and I waited a few days and no one called me with the results. When I called the office to inquire about when I would hear back regarding my results they told me she would be too busy to call back and that I would have to wait a couple of weeks until She returned from vacation. Intelligent and highly competent
I hope my review can save someone from the traumatic error she made during my C-section. The care I received during my pregnancy from her was always rushed, never warm, but being it was my third child I wasn’t picky. Come my emergency C-section, Dr. Romero made a surgical error that caused me to need an ER visit and emergency surgery a week later.
