I'm disappointed with my decision to stay at Romer Hotel for my 40th birthday. I increased my budget because it seemed special but the "deluxe" king corner room was dark, dingy and worst of all the service was extremely unfriendly with the exception of one of the doormen (a slender fellow with glasses.) It was standard that no one greeted us at the entrance stand. Even when I tried to make eye contact or greet them. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais très très mal insonorisées : attendez-vous à entendre tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir. Je vous conseille donc des boules Quies. L’emplacement, en revanche, est excellent. Concernant le service… pas top du tout. La réception devrait revoir certains principes de l’hôtellerie. Nous recommandons cet hôtel uniquement pour son emplacement.
