Horrible customer service at the front desk. Open gym is on Sunday’s at 1:15 and we waited in line for over 30 min for our kids to get in who are regulars at the rec center! Everyone was complaining in the line and it didn’t help that the staff was very slow at registration and not to mention unfriendly to the customers.
