Every time I come through the car wash, the employees are so friendly. They smile, they wave, they give a thumbs up. You always feel like they enjoy their job and that you're important.
If you put a person at the gates to help people please train him that If I a customer tells him more than 3 times that he does not need help, it would be greatly appreciated if steps back. This guy insisted so many times that he wants to help that he made me backup and leave. Please don’t hire creeps there. Was a monthly paying customer for over a year. I wanted upgrade my account to a higher cost car wash, but couldn't access my account due to a outdated CC #. So I had them manually cancel my active subscription, which still had 3 weeks left. So I logged into my newly accessed account and purchased the upgrade which they charged me the overlap pricing.
