So I had been a regular customer, points and all. Mind you they have messed up my order several times and I kept going back, the people behind the counter were very nice. Then those people were gone and then the new people who were less friendly messed up my order and then begrudgingly used my reward points, saying that won't happen again. Great food, fresh ingredients. Good service
Typically a go to. Ordered a cinnamon bread last week with extra icing. Did. It receive any icing and received an overcooked, stiff pizza crust. Looks like something I would have in my flower bed. Tried one piece and no thanks. I would think whoever cooked this would have the common sense to realize this is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but come on, really??
Hands down the best pizza place around! I’ve only had one problem. Not only did they make it right, they gave me 50% off my next order. They were not rude at all. Love this sweet sauce pizza!!! 🍕 -Louisville OH
