Dash failed to bring my salad. That's on Dash.. The Romeo's manager delivered it! I complained about one of our Pizza had ingredients I didn't order. He said they used yellow, red, and green peppers. I ordered green peppers... What a great pizza! I am going to want the 3 pepper trio all the time now. Sausage, Onion and 3 pepper trio!! Sorry to be a pain to the manager and team. You all made it right. Great pizzas and salad. Our go to! Thanks and keep it up 👍
My Husband and I recently moved to the Chagrin Falls area and were looking for a pizza shop that will be our spot. Romeo's was a great first choice that we plan to stick with for future pizza! The pizza was great, the sauce is sweet, which I like, and the ultimate crust was a great touch. We ordered the Butchers Shop pizza and it did not disappoint. The fried pickle spears were a hit too. Overall an A+ and we look forward to trying more pizza from Romeo's in the future.
They lied to me! They have a deal that ends at 2 but now they are saying it’s been since 1 when that’s not the truth because I know for a fact it’s been until 2pm. One thing I can’t stand is a liar
