Definitely the worst Romeo’s pizza out of anywhere. Food was incredibly undercooked had to come home and cook for another 20 mins at 425degrees. The manager is by far the rudest most immature person I’ve ever spoken to. This place is stealing peoples money because if you don’t want to wait 2 hrs for your delivery which is told to the customer after they pay then you don’t and can’t receive any refunds for the delivery fee and the tip you already paid. Ordered pizza online for delivery around 8pm. The order went through and I only live 4 miles away. My pizza never arrived and I was never called to tell me that they wouldn’t be fulfilling or delivering the order. I called the next day and the manager said “Oh it was refunded and I’ll tell the employees they need to do better with that”. This Romeo’s has been trash since they opened up.
I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas. These were for a party at a park. I thought I heard 9.99 per pizza. I picked them up and left to the park. After getting there and serving this to Children, it took me forever because they didn’t cut the pizza all the way through the crust. It took forever to try to cut it with the only plastic knife we had. It’s a simple thing to do and really made things really hard. Lost the children toss out the pizza and didn’t like it. Pizza was missing sausage and the banana peppers were just piled onto like two pieces of the pizza and undercooked ..called with issues and was hung up on ..won’t order again
June 2026 Update: unfortunately, we have given this romeos location a handful of second chances since the first review. Not one occasion was better. The pizza and even the bread/cinnamon sticks come out raw and undercooked nearly time. The dough is always overproofed. Standard operating proceedures are in need of a quality audit in order to obtain the standard of pizza they are known for. This one falls well below the bar.
