We've never had a bad experience with this Romeo's! Wait times are never long and the staff is always fast and kind.
I love the food and their items are really good overall. However I did have a poor experience one day at this location. We ordered some subs and one of them had a plastic bread clip in it and the other had completely wrong toppings. It was also not under a heat lamp and wasnt the hottest. The cashier was nice but wearing headphones and did not show me my food or checked like other locations usually do. We still enjoyed it but quality control seemed to lack that time.
This might be the worst customer service I’ve ever received.. I don’t even write reviews but this one deserves negative stars. I ordered a pizza 45 mins before they closed and they send me a text saying it was out for delivery. It’s 12:30am and It never showed up. Couldn’t call the store until the next morning since they closed at 11pm. Called the next morning and the manager started yelling at me like I was in the wrong. No free pizza or anything.
