7/10/24 Ordered online at 11am for a delivery for some Clemson staff members as a thank you lunch party. 1.5 hours later and no word from delivery driver, just my original email confirmation with a 47min delivery estimate. Call numerous times with no answer and eventually I made the drive to find the location is closed! What a waste of our time and embarrassment to our company sponsored "pizza party".. Our order is always delivery, so I can't rate the Atmosphere, but I can say that we have a tradition of getting pizza every Sunday night. We have been using Romeo's for quite some time, and we are never disappointed. Not only is the f lood outstanding, I've found the service to be exceptional. Despite the fact that they seem understaffed, Jacob has been consistently excellent. He is always professional and friendly, but he also goes out of his way to make customers happy. Same problem, took my money but never delivered the product. Talked to both the Clemson and Easley managers but still no refund months later.
On 3/16/24, I placed an online order with Romeo's of Clemson. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the door was unlocked; however, only a few lights were on, and no one was inside. I called the Easley Romeos location and spoke to the manager there and informed him of the situation at the Clemson location. He informed me that he managed both locations and was surprised to learn that no one was at the Clemson store. I sent him a copy of the online order and he assured me that I would receive a refund.
