i was driving a few minutes ago and it was my turn to go at a stop light and one of your drivers went and almost hit me and i almost hit them and then they started swerving like they were under an influence. really terrible way to rep your company.
This location is an absolute embarrassment to the Romeo’s brand. Beyond over staffed yet some how still one of the most inefficient restaurants in Delaware. There are way too many pizza options in Delaware to be spending your money here.
If I could give this store a 0 I would. I have gone in about 5 times in end of 2025 and 2026 and there is one guy who works there I don’t know his name but he is there every time I am there who is insanely rude and has a huge attitude and makes me hate going in there to pick up the food I ordered and paid for. One time I picked up my online order I place 15 minutes prior to arriving at the store and he said so rudely: dang did you guys just place the order?? I don't know but I don't think a place that can't get the orders done 90% of the time in a timely fashion shouldn't be asking for heat bags
Delivery Driver argued with Security when they drove into a clearly marked do not enter area. They could have caused an accident. But the guy continued to keep arguing with Security.
