A buddy ordered a couple of pizzas online and apparently mistakenly marked it for pick-up instead of delivery (he said there was no way to see this after placing the order). After over an hour of waiting, he called to see what was going on. We never received a call to check-up on us, and they didn't offer to deliver it or re-make it. Kevin knows how to make a perfect Stromboli! He was also very kind and the overall experience was 10/10.
Kevin has shown a clear lack of managerial competence, marked by rude and unprofessional behavior. His conduct has negatively impacted loyal customers, who are now unwilling to buy your food. He mishandled our order, and the pizza quality was very disappointing. I returned the pizza without a refund.
