Romeos Pizza is the best pizza ive had since moving to Ohio a couple years ago. And they cut their pizza properly, in TRIANGLES !
We ordered pizza for my uncle’s 60th birthday party, and the staff truly went above and beyond for us. They made sure our order was ready on time, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! I also really appreciated the manager who stayed on the phone with me while I was trying to figure out the online ordering system. That kind of patience and customer service is rare and meant a lot. horrible. wouldnt let me speak when trying to order, rude the entire time on the phone, and used vulgar language toward me. never go here
Good pizza, however the service is a hit or miss. Some employees are on top of it and everything moves smoothly. Others look lost and can't get organized.
