I am highly disappointed with my order tonight. I requested a "well-done" pizza, but it arrived completely burnt, and more than half of it had to be thrown away. Additionally, my Cheese Maniac calzone did not have the correct amount of extra cheese that I paid for. This happens all the time! This location consistently messes up our food. As much as we love the food and do not want to stop ordering, we cannot keep wasting money on incorrect orders and would like a refund for at least the pizza.
