Romeo's Pizza is yummy but the service needs improvement!!! I love Romeo's Pizza and it is very delish but I did want to comment on the service I receive everytime I go in there. When I walk in the door, I am greeted with people completely ignoring me for at least 5 minutes. The front of the store is maybe 4' x 6' and being in that small of a place with someone who is just plain not happy to be there is very awkward. Employees insulted us customers I would recomend this pizza to people, even though it's not the greatest, but their employees were incredibly rude. My cousin and I went to go pick up pizza with coupons we won from a benefit. There was 3 free pizzas in the coupons. When we went there to pick it up first they told us that the coupons were expired. It's a mistake I can accept that (even though the way they told us seemed like they thought we were idiots). We explained to them that we won them in a benefit, and they weren't expi... read more
