As usual it was a pleasure to work with the service team at Romeo Kia. This visit Josh and Miranda and the Parts dept. were all helpful and made the service visit easy.They were ready as soon as I came in, polite and friendly and communicated well. The appointment took a little longer than I would have preferred, over 2 hours for a seasonal tire change and oil change, I’d hoped to drive home before dark, but the customer waiting area was pleasant.
Josh and the service team Kia and VW are the best in the business.
