They don’t answer their phones or do maintenance right away and they got roaches. I have reached out multiple times I moved out on the 30 and had a very important package delivered but couldn’t get to it in time because I was out of town and no one in the front office answered I contacted them more then 10 times.
Terrible management, children running wild (destroying property nearby) parents don’t take accountability. - it’s definitely a nuisance to the area
Trash left everywhere except trash cans. Unsupervised children running and riding bikes in the parking lot. Undiversified housing... Just horrible.
