Dr. Jenny in Summerville is the best! After having 2 kids very close in age, I was suffering from lower back pain. I tried everything, until someone suggested pelvic floor therapy. Since my sessions with Dr. Jenny, I have noticed a huge improvement in my lower back as well as my entire body. I would highly recommend Rome Physical Therapy to anyone postpartum.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Shultz! Shortly following my first pregnancy, I injured my back and had no idea it was pelvic-floor related. I saw a few medical professionals, but did not begin to see improvement until I went to Rome PT. I was so pleased with my first experience that I am seeing her again to prepare for my next pregnancy and into postpartum recovery.
I first went to to Rome Physical Therapy for some pelvic floor help. At the age of 50, I suddenly found that my activities were limited by a weak pelvic floor - jumping on the trampoline with my kids, dancing and even a good hearty belly laugh suddenly become scary events that required fast dashes to the bathroom. Dr. Jenny gave me easy to do exercises at home to strengthen my pelvic floor and I have returned to all my busy activities without worry anymore. I was so happy to find Rome after the birth of my fourth! I've met two people from the team and they are so warm and friendly. Even if you're not sure about individualized sessions, call them to find out about upcoming workshops which also have a lot of great info for pregnancy and postpartum.
