The staff at this place took very good care of my husband they went over and beyond that's more than I can say for the Wynne hospital they suck they don't even call you when your loved one is going in for emergency surgery not even before or after no phone calls no nothing. He was there for 3 weeks not one phone call from a doctor at Wynne hospital

This place absolutely sucks I had a friend that’s like a mother to me come here to get a serious health issue that needed to be taken care and they made her wait for months only for them to tell her that there was nothing they could do and they even would be slow at checking in on her if I could I’d give this place a negative 5 star review instead of just a 1 star I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone Syracuse is way better

My father went in yesterday for stroke symptoms and having temporarily lost mobility. Was admitted overnight for observation. After being admitted and while being evaluated by physical therapy and having another episode with stroke like symptoms. Tests were done ekg, ct scan, mri. He was released today without ever seeing a dr once after being admitted from the er. The Staff and Nurses and Doctors out Performed with my Surgery I am so delighted I have my Life Back Truly. Doctor Ruddy Surgeon the Best from Oneida Surgical Group . Thank you. Terrible! Went to the hospital because it was in-network to have the provider be out of network. On top of the bedside manor being the worst I've come across. Not only that, I did not see them disinfect areas between patients. To top it off staff was slow, on their phones. Didn't seem much like an ER. The setup for Rome hospital is a complete joke compared to other hospitals.
