Joey is an excellent, incredible gentleman who did an amazing work on my lawnmower. He went above and beyond, in fixing it, sharpening blades, cleaning it up and made "her" pretty awesome, gave her a cute makeover in order for me to work her on my yard. Absolutely Amazing work and not to mention, the cost was phenomenally economical. I would gladly & highly recommend of him to go with your lawnmowers, if ever you have an issue with it. Go, Joey!!!
I was very displeased with the service here. They picked up my riding mower for oil and filter change and blades were to be sharpened. The price was to be about $150.00 for this service. Two days later they called and said I needed a new spindle and a new belt and the price would now be around $350.00 so after thinking about the worth or the mower I told them to proceed with the work. These guys ROCK!! I brought my Dixon mower in to these guys and they told me it would need a total overhaul. No surprise there, since it had been about 12 years since I first bought it. Here's what's up: not only were they really nice guys, and not only did they get the job done about 4 days sooner than they promised, but they gave me a $700 estimate. For some reason a lot of Small engine repair and mower shops tend to attrack employees who have never heard of custermer service and are downright rude. On the number of occasions I've neen to Rome Mower Repair they have always been pleasant and quite knowledgable. It's a nice change from some of the other shops in Rome where the employees act as though they are doing you a favor and on a number of occasions you need to check your wallet before leaving them.
