They have always been great to work with. The first time I used them was to have the stone from my engagement ring reset when it fell out. Unfortunately, a few days later my husband unexpectedly passed away and I called them to see if I could get the ring back for the funeral and they fixed it right away. They also gave me a discount which was so unexpected and even though I was more than happy to pay it they were very empathetic to my situation and I was so grateful for this gesture of generosity during such a horrible time... read more
Rome repaired an old cross I have worn as a necklace for 25+ years that recently broke. The delicate repair was complete in less than 24 hours. Employees are friendly and professional. Bought a new chain for cross mentioned above. Chain was not in stock but Rome ordered one and was delivered and ready for pickup within a week. Good friendly service.
