In August of 24 I had a positive cologaurd test and was referred here i received two separate phone calls for next day appointments that I was unable accept due to having other appointments scheduled on those days I was never given an appointment .In January of 20 25 I called to ask about an appointment and was informed that I would need to call my doctor for a new referral because the first one expired at that time I asked why I was never given an appointment but it was left unanswered, Another referral was sent and I actua... read more
Horrible place I’ve had a referral for almost a year now and they kept rescheduling it until tomorrow but they give me a call and tell me there going to have to reschedule it due to not having any records from a procedure from 2018 like really you have had close to a year to get this paperwork but you still didn’t do it plus completely unprofessional to be smacking in someone’s ear so stupid
Absolutely the worst place to deal with. Waited almost a year for procedure. Than they cancel it three days before because I didn't answer the phone while camping. Scheduled for the 25th, they tell me it's on the 23rd but cancel it on the 21st.
Dr. Wolf was awesome along with the staff!
My primary care physician booked an appointment for me at this practice for 4/2/25 at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:00 am only to be told that I also had an appointment with them at 10:00 am and they considered me a no show. I was not informed in any way of this 10:00 am appointment. I then received a letter from this practice chastising me for not calling them to cancel my appointment. In my opinion, to be treated like this after waiting months for an appointment is both insulting and unprofessional.
