Had to have an endoscopy done. When they called about the cost I asked point blank about the cost for anesthesia. Was told insurance would cover it and if not it would not be over $250. Received a bill for $427. When i called and spoke with billing she stated that they do not bill for the anesthesia. I asked why the other person said only $250 and she said she didn't know and that I will have to call the anesthesia Dr office. Beware! These people lie and will deny it. Will NEVER go back or recommend
Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to been too every time I’m sitting here for an hour. Don’t ever come here. They don’t know what they’re doing I promise you.
Asked (and gave my insurance member ID) when scheduling my appointment to double check if they are in network with my insurance as well as confirming with my insurance company that they are to cover all my bases got to my appointment gave them my insurance card and paid my copay BEFORE the appointment only for them to tell me an hour AFTER my appointment that they are out of network and that I would be paying out of pocket for my consultation and cancelled my follow-up appointment. So be warned
Waited two and one half hours in pre-op room without anyone checking on me or explaining the delay. Staff was rude and defensive when asked why the delay.
