Nice staff. Quick turnaround for clothes.
I needed a suit cleaned for a wedding so I went to Rome Cleaners on a Monday and asked if they could have a suit cleaned that week by Friday. I was assured that it would be done by Thursday. I went on Thursday and they told me their machine was broken so they couldn't clean/press the suit and it couldn't be done until next week. I believe I was owed a phone call so I might go to another cleaner but now I will just have to miss the wedding. I will never go here again and I HIGHLY recommend you to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Excellent service. Good text messages to let me know when it was ready to pick up.
