Very helpful employees.
My son and I went to Rome auto auction for the first time Monday. The staff there was great. My son had to get set up and we had no clue what we were doing so the two girls behind the counter spent a lot of time with him get him set up with Manheim. When we finally got done with that and got through the door the entire staff was so much help. We ask so many questions and not one of them acted like it was a problem.
