They are also a property management company. They have horrible communication. No one answers their phone. They communicate solely by text message & online inquiries placed online. They “forgot” my showing time & by the time i was able to reschedule(on their time) & got to see the place - i was told it was rented. But they offered me a different single family that I’d never seen but wanted to use my security deposit to “hold” it. Never ever rent from romboy
A Very UNPROFESSIONAL business. They will harass you about the rent money, but when it comes to coming out to your building to do repairs they take months to get back to you. If you want to go through HELL and HIGH WATER rent from them. They will Not get ANY GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS from me anytime soon. The only Recommendation I will give though is RUN!!! It’s not even worth it. Good day.
