In my opinion, Roma's Italian Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Guthrie. To be fair, I haven't eaten at ALL the Guthrie restaurants, but still....and I don't even really like Italian food. I don't know about the cooks, but all the wait staff appear to really be Italian, lending authenticity to the atmosphere. They are very nice and the service is superb.
