Excellent except wait time
With just a little bit of thinking and consideration for patients, I should think that this clinic could shorten patient cycle times to well below the “standard two hours.” I spent an hour and forty minutes this visit and nearly four hours last visit for 3-5 minutes with the doctor each time. Come on private equity investors pony up for a consultant or AI to reduce the time that patients wait around.
I called the center and inquired about the availability of a retina surgeon on staff. I was informed that a surgeon was indeed available. However, when I finished my appointment, I was informed that the surgeon was not performing surgeries at the moment. I felt that this was a money grab to charge me an out-of-network fee of $197.
The wait time needs a lot of work. I waited 2 hours and never saw the Dr. Ha 2 eye exams which lasted anoutc5 minutes each. Waiting room was way too cold 69 degrees.
