My experience with the Intake Team at Romanucci & Blandin was great: the response time was short, and I was able to speak to an attorney by the end of the day. All of that experience was with Bonnie; although it took some persuasion on my part (which is to be expected), I was able to get through and begin the process, which is all I cared about. Many of the other attorneys' offices I attempted to contact didn't bother even to return my call.
Great experience thus far with Kathy thru Intake. She answered all my questions.
Spoke to an intake specialist on 5/21 related to the death of a family member. Didn’t hear back until 7/1 for them to tell me that they weren’t interested in the case. Super inconsiderate and certainly leaves the feeling that this firm has zero empathy.
