They dont want/need your business – I tried to book Romantique for my wedding. I was getting married on a Thursday in the day and wanted to book a party bus. I called a few weeks prior and discussed options with them. I wanted to come in to see the bus and sign contracts. I called them every day for a few weeks and they kept telling me to call back tomorrow because the bus was unavailable. Not a good experiance – I used this company for my wedding. I have to say I was completely disgusted. I later found out that our contract gave us the limos for 4 hours when most limo companys give for 5. It seems they do this to later charge an overtime fee. And unfortunately I'm not the only one this happened to, my cousin had the same thing with them. I would not recomend this comany if you are someone that likes fair business people.
I'm sure they are good at what they do.... – if you can get past the attitude. They have their old uncle answering the phone who has no idea what the words customer service or grace are. Unfortunatly they were unable to get a limo for me. OK, I get that but the rudeness is not needed, wanted to requested. So use them if you don't mind being spoken to this way.
