I got my rings resized and shanks repaired. These were my great grandmas rings and I’m beyond impressed, they look brand new. I will be back and I’m telling everyone to come here!
In my opinion this has been the most reliable and knowledgeable Jeweler in the greater kalamazoo area and I have had any of my questionable jewelry questions definitively checked and double checked by their professional experience and expertise. The women went up and over the top to help me. I had 2 necklaces that broke. One gold chain. My favorite necklaces of all has been broken a couple of years. I've had it fixed a few times. They did an amazing job fixing it.
Great great great experience! The family here Andrea, ray, and his wife were so friendly and very helpful. They are not like most places who just want to make a quick buck from you. They will do what they can to make sure you get the amount you deserve to make you satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to get rid of some jewelry, or even buy some!
