The driver contacted our wedding planner two hours before our scheduled send off and said that he would not be able to make it due to mechanical issues. We were able to find a new driver in time luckily through a different company, but when we contacted the driver for a refund he refused to give us the money back even though he canceled on us. Book the vendor if this sounds fair and you’d like to add more stress to your big day!
I got to work with Jerry at RR for my wedding in May 2023 for a getaway car. He was efficient, timely, and reasonably priced; the car was clean and spacious for our short drive to our hotel.
