Roman's Tree Service was contracted with my HOA almost a year ago to do weed whacking. They threw a rock and shattered the glass on my patio door. They took no responsibility and claimed that their policy didn't cover the damage. One year later and I an still trying to get some compensation through my own insurance company. I would never hire this company to do work for me.
Upon a recommendation from a neighbor, we chose Roman Tree Services to do some tree work for insurance purposes. Their quote came in under other bids but, what I was impressed with was the specifics of their bid ( photos of each area along with a detailed description of the planned work). They were the only company that offered to cover the roof area with plywood for protection as well as the AC units. They made sure I was happy before they left the premises. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
Romans did a fine job and gave us a fair price. We plan to use them again.
Owner said he was an arborist. He is not. He damaged our tree when trimming it for our neighbor. I asked him to fix the damage he inflicted on our tree ( tearing the bark because he didn’t make the undercut). He agreed that he should put a seal on the damage. He said he would return to do that soon, because he didn’t have the product in his truck. He never returned to repair the damage. I wouldn’t let him near a tree I own again.
Amazing people to be serviced by. Very professional with the health and integrity of the trees. Highly recommend to friends, family and neighbors.
